The service department used to be an absolute dumpster fire. Over the years, there had to have been at least eight different managers come and go, constant turnover, inconsistency, poor communication, and very little accountability. The one constant through all of it was Lauren.
Lauren has been there for at least four years, and she has always been wonderful — professional, patient, knowledgeable, and someone who genuinely cared even when the environment around her was chaotic. She deserves a tremendous amount of credit for holding things together ... Read More

The service department is in need of a refresh. We had not received an update after the vehicle having sat at the dealership for over two weeks. After calling in to ask for a status, no one available to pick up the phone. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with zero communication and even less transparency in their process. I recommend taking any business to another dealer.
My salesman Bob was excellent and very knowledgeable about Alfa Romeos. He patiently explained everything to me and was very helpful through the whole leasing process. If you want an Alfa, Bob is your guy! A true professional. Thanks, Bob!

R.J. was amazing and had a wealth of knowledge on the Alfa Romeo brand; he is the go-to guy concerning any information on the brand and updates that you may need on your purchasing decision. You are well informed, whether to buy or lease any new Alfa Romeo model line! I retired my 3-year-old leased Stelvio at this dealership to get into a new Tonale, and R.J. was kind enough to deliver my new Tonale to my house and pick up my old lease for returning it! Two thumbs up!
Our sales rep Chad was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, definitely not pushy. Start to finish with him was a breeze, very comfortable and happy with my purchase. However, dealing with Saad in financing was nothing less than disgusting. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was stunned at how he spoke to me, and literally turned to walk away from the entire deal but I refuse to let him cheat me and Chad out of this deal. I just purchased a car from here and it was fast quick and easy. Bob helped me out a lot and I’ll be going to him for now on. Now with that being said Bob is 5 stars for my experience. Overall experience 2-3 stars.
